Music Teacher (1.0) Vocal/General Music Teacher - 2025/2026
Position:
Elementary Music Teacher (Grades K-5)
Description: Teach General Music Classes (Singing, Dancing, Recorders, Ukulele, etc) Co-Direct Elementary Chorus grades 4-5 Collaborate with other Music teachers in concert preparations
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Music Education Massachusetts Teacher Certification Experience with elementary school music preferred Appropriate piano, vocal, ukulele and guitar skills Familiarity with Music Learning Theory Gordon method preferred
Location:
Francis Wyman Elementary School, Burlington MA
Compensation:
In accordance with the BEA Unit A contract
Starting Date:
August 26, 2025
