Responsibilities/Expectations: Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of sophisticated software solutions. Set the technical direction for software projects and initiatives. Lead architectural design and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology strategy. Mentor and coach development teams and technical leaders. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: Required: High school diploma/GED, vocational/technical/business school, and at least 10 years of software development experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Other Requirements: Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with safety as a priority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies. Deep knowledge of software design principles and patterns. Experience with large-scale system design and deployment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Leadership experience in guiding technical teams. Proficiency in relational databases and knowledge of NoSQL databases. Endur experience is required. Additional responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring optimal application performance.
