Our client, a global tech leader, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to join their team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing ServiceNow technology, with a primary focus on building and maintaining their custom automation platform. Responsibilities As the Senior ServiceNow Application Developer, you will design, develop and maintain their unique application on the ServiceNow platform. Build and oversee integrations between the main application and other enterprise applications. Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth application deployment and updates. Manage version control, code repositories, and release processes using GitHub. Use JIRA and PPM tools for project tracking and resource management. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the application. Customize and implement the application to meet customer-specific requirements. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Adhere to Agile and Scrum methodologies to improve project efficiency. Skillset Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar. At least three years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. Proficiency in GitHub, JIRA, and PPM tools. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow design. Solid understanding of database engineering, JavaScript data structures, and algorithms. Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience developing certified scoped applications is a bonus.
