Our customer base is growing exponentially (hundreds of new customers per month), and you will be on the front lines of ensuring these customers become passionate, lifelong partners, leaving them with the thought - ‘how did we ever manage without ?’ Every customer approaches us with their #1 problem - hiring. They need to build an engineering team of 8 with secret clearance based in D.C. in under a month, hire a Head of Growth to scale post-$20M Series A, or find scientists specialized in enhanced rock weathering in LATAM for a research project. You will be responsible for leading strategic projects that solve these hiring challenges. Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer engagements, from building relationships to ensuring seamless project delivery and quality. Leverage top recruiters to drive revenue and align operations with customer needs. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for an exceptional 12-star experience to advance their goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and founders. Combine operations, growth/revenue, account management, and problem solving to deliver outstanding outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements
1 - 5 years of experience working closely with customers. Full ownership across relevant areas such as operations, account management, product, etc. Additional Details
