365Labs builds State-of-the-Art systems for Public Safety, and we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Products team. The QA Engineer will create tests, run test cycles, discover bugs, and work towards improving our product. They may also assist users with support issues. Prospective candidates must be domiciled within a 30-mile radius of the 365Labs Baton Rouge Campus. If your application shows a non-Louisiana phone number or address, please include a cover letter if you plan to move to Baton Rouge. Without a cover letter, the resume will be automatically rejected. An ideal candidate loves to learn, takes pride in delivering quality products, and works efficiently. Initially, manual testing will suffice, but we aim to automate as much testing as possible, so candidates should be willing to learn coding and automation. The interview process includes creating test cases for mock scenarios and demonstrating basic programming skills. Responsibilities
Create and maintain test cases for the application. Execute test cases for planned releases and perform ad-hoc testing. Automate test cases using C# to improve testing efficiency. Act as the first level of support for issues. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or C# is a plus. Additional details
