High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Required Related Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
Experience working in a recovery community or non-profit organization is a plus.

Work is performed in an office environment with regular use of standard office equipment.
Shift
Weekdays between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Weekends.
Job Summary
Front Desk Management
•Greet and welcome all visitors and participants with a friendly and positive attitude.
•Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
•Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and members.
•Provide information about the center's services, programs, and events.
Administrative Support
•Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office
supplies.
•Schedule appointments and manage the center's calendar.
•Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings, workshops, and events.
•Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Participant Support
•Provide information and resources to individuals seeking recovery support.
•Assist with the registration process for new members.
•Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of members and their information.
•Support members in connecting with appropriate services and programs.
Center Operations
•Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
•Monitor and maintain office equipment.
•Assist with event planning and coordination.
•Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations of the center.
Other Duties
•Stay current local events with the recovery community center.
•Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
•Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals in recovery.
•A commitment to the mission and values of the recovery community.
•A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the center.
•Bi-lingual a plus
•Must be 18 or older
