Program Manager
The Program Manager will define and launch new processes to sustainably scale Event Response operations, lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful evolution and execution of vendor programs. They will also report on the health of operations, be accountable for business KPIs, and manage cross-functional teams.
