Job Summary

n

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of Summit grain projects. This position is responsible for communicating with the customer, estimating team, sub-contractors, operations, and project superintendent. Ensuring all material arrivals, crew scheduling and time frames are met on the job. Tracking the time frames of customer sign offs, orders and procuring the job with team members. Reporting on the production and time frames on the job, keeping internal teams and external sub-contractors in the know of the job specifics and timeframes. Tracking change orders and delivering on desired change order requests. Tracking job cost on estimated vs budgeted per PC requested time frames.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to verify their project needs.
n
• Procuring materials needed on the job.
n
• Communicate timeframes and update process of specific job.
n
• Coordinate sub crews.
n
• Finalize project details and ensure profitable job completion.
n
• Job creation and expansion of the Summit brand in areas of responsibility.
n
• All other duties as assigned.
n

Required Skills/Abilities:

n

n
• Proven experience and knowledge in client relations, drafting, and written communication.
n
• Proven experience in problem-solving, and critical thinking.
n
• Class A CDL is required (or the ability to obtain one)
n

n

Education/Experience:

n

n
• 2+ years of building knowledge
n
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams, required.
n
• Experience with CAD, B2W, Clickup .
n

n

Physical Requirements:

n

n
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
n

n
