Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a HHA YouthBuild Job Developer based in Houston, TX. The Job Developer will work directly with clients to help them secure employment opportunities, develop job readiness skills, and conduct individualized career counseling sessions. Daily tasks include building relationships with local employers, creating job placement strategies, coordinating job fairs, and maintaining detailed records of client progress and employer contacts.
Qualifications Home Care, Patient Care, and Personal Care skills Strong Communication skills Experience with Activities of Daily Living Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and clients Familiarity with job placement and career counseling Bachelors degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred Experience working in non-profits or housing agencies is a plus Seniority level
