We are actively recruiting for a
Hardware Design Engineer, Level 2
to support our
Engineering Services and Solutions Division , based in
Annapolis Junction, MD .
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
7-11 years of professional experience as a hardware design engineer, specializing in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design.
Required knowledge of FPGA/ASIC design and investigation of COTS software protocols.
Responsibilities:
Design and test new integrated circuits and hardware components for various applications and research.
Design, document, and develop code (including firmware) for digital signal processors or other programmable hardware devices such as ASICs and FPGAs.
Analyze existing integrated circuits and hardware components to evaluate functionality.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
Alternatively, five years of additional hardware design engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
Security Clearance: Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Compensation and Benefits: The proposed salary range for this position is:
$165,698.25 - $189,259.00 . Compensation factors include geographic location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
