Overview
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Help Desk Operator. Responsibilities for this position require providing technical support to u , troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on computer hardware, software, and other IT-related problems. They act as the first point of contact for u , addressing their queries and concerns via various channels like phone, email, chat, or in person. Help desk staff also document interactions, escalate complex issues, and follow up with u to ensure problems are resolved. This will be a hybrid position working & reporting with our Delaware clients, and work location will be Delaware.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
