Our community is designed to provide a vibrant lifestyle while ensuring care and peace of mind for our residents. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee training and development, and handling recruitment processes. This role is on-site, located in Greater Orlando. Qualifications Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies Proficient in Employee Relations and Performance Management Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Experience in benefits and payroll oversight Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus Experience in senior living or healthcare industry is a plus Seniority level
