Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, representing clients in negotiations, and litigation matters. This role also involves preparing for and attending court hearings, participating in client meetings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Litigation skills Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research Strong Negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
