This position is ideal for a mid-level associate with 3-4 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically in matters such as breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. The firm is looking for a candidate with a strong academic background, and excellent writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Duties: Handle complex commercial litigation cases, focusing on breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty matters. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and discovery. Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies. Communicate clearly with clients to provide updates and discuss case developments. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards and deadlines. Requirements: Active membership in the Delaware Bar. 3-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school. Excellent research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Experience with commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, fraud, and fiduciary duty claims. Prior clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Delaware Bar. Skills: Expertise in complex commercial litigation. Exceptional research and writing skills. Strong analytical abilities to develop case strategies.
