Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and discovery. Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies. Communicate clearly with clients to provide updates and discuss case developments. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards and deadlines. Requirements: Active membership in the Delaware Bar. 3-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school. Excellent research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Experience with commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, fraud, and fiduciary duty claims. Prior clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Delaware Bar.
