WithYou is recruiting an established Learning and Development Manager to join our People, Inclusion and Organisational Development directorate. Main duties of the job
The Learning and Development Manager will foster a culture of learning, engagement, and performance to support WithYou's strategy. Working closely with the Director of Organisational Development and key stakeholders, you will lead and develop a comprehensive staff development strategy, maximize meaningful development, and build organizational capabilities. The role includes managing a small team of Learning and Development Facilitators. Other responsibilities include: Developing and delivering engaging, sustainable learning frameworks and solutions Ensuring statutory training and accreditation requirements are met Planning, logistics, and delivery of cost-effective development programs Managing budgets, contracts, and external relationships Tracking compliance and monitoring learner satisfaction and impact About us
