- Perform patient assessments and provide treatment at the clinic
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clinic expansion needs
- Meet or exceed productivity targets set by the Medical Director of Pediatrics
- Implement and adhere to clinical diagnostic and evidence-based protocols for pediatric care
- Be available by phone during scheduled hours for support and consultation
- Contribute to the creation and review of patient education materials and practice guidelines
- Supervise health care students assigned for educational experiences
- Develop and maintain a rigorous clinical quality assurance program
- Oversee non-physician providers, including therapists and nurse practitioners, in pediatric treatment
- Participate actively in staff meetings and organizational committees
- Engage in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance clinic operations
- Partake in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend department coverage
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
- Possess a Medical Doctorate with current MD or DO licensure
- Board certified in Pediatrics
- Hold an active DEA certification
