Welcome customers, set expectations Custom fit glasses & precisely place prescriptions Act as a leader in optical knowledge Take & record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensure standards & customer needs are met Assist with complex product needs & prescriptions Use technology accurately despite time pressures, possess product knowledge, utilize appropriate tools Be proactive, explore root causes, ensure customer satisfaction & exceed expectations, be solution-driven Multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively Achieve results on Brand KPIs & competencies Maintain store appearance, keep it clean, attractive, organized Report safety issues; follow safe work practices Be resourceful, self-motivated, committed to learning & improvement Adhere to company policies on discounts, promotions, inventory management Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent State Licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communication, listening, teamwork Knowledge of store merchandise Basic math skills Awareness of fashion trends Selling skills; comfortable using iPAD/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, calculators Embrace new technology & change Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service & retail experience Pay Range: 25.69 - 38.27 Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, discounts. Employee pay depends on various factors.
