Labor & Employment Attorney | Union & NLRB Experience | Midwest

Location: Chicago or St. Louis (Hybrid/Office-Based)

A top-ranking US law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its growing Midwest practice. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced litigator with hands-on union-side labor experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise and represent management in complex labor matters
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and handle union organizing campaigns
• Represent employers in unfair labor practice cases before the NLRB
• Strategize and manage litigation related to strikes, picketing, and employee disputes
• Counsel corporate clients on labor compliance and risk prevention

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in labor & employment law
• Strong background in union-related matters: collective bargaining, elections, campaigns, and ULPs
• Admitted to practice in Illinois or Missouri
• Excellent writing, litigation, and client advisory skills
