Role: Staff Product Manager exp with Ad Tech
Location: San Bruno, CA: Hoboken, NJ: Bentonville, AR
Full Time Role
Salary: $160 K to $180 K Annually
Role Summary:
- Lead development of Connects self-serve omni-channel ad platform.
- Leverage AI/ML and automation to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Enhance advertiser performance and shopper experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap using data, trends, and customer insights.
- Lead AI/ML-based automation across media planning, targeting, bidding, and measurement.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from research to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and retail partners.
- Build scalable, self-serve tools for advertisers.
- Conduct competitive and customer research to inform strategy.
- Ensure products meet accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusion standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
- 57+ years in product management (ad tech, eCommerce, programmatic systems).
- Proven experience with AI/ML-driven optimization in advertising.
- Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
