POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating CNC and mechanical press brakes to manufacture metal parts in accordance with company procedures, customer specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior press brake experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Job title: Press Brake Operator Location: Willoughby, OH Shift: 1 st shift - 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday with OT Friday as needed Salary: $17-$21 an hour based on experience ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operates production equipment to produce assigned products in accordance with instructions and standards using CNC and Mechanical Press Brakes and proper tooling. Tooling set ups in accordance with company procedures, customer specifications and quality requirements. Records data for each job. Inspects parts and documents findings Other job duties as needed REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior Press Brake operating experience Experience with OSHA safety requirements. Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances. Skilled at using measuring tools and gauges. Skilled at understanding detailed machine/tooling purpose, capability and functions. Ability to understand and execute light machine/tooling maintenance requirements. Friday to be used as needed for voluntary or mandatory overtime. Ability to lift 35+ pounds, Operate machinery, manual and power tools as necessary.
