$135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr CFS has partnered with a national organization to staff a Manager, SEC reporting role. This is a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days/week in-office) located in either Boston South Shore or Southern New Hampshire
The Manager, SEC Reporting Role
Internal and external reporting including filing 10K, 10Q Research technical accounting issues XBRL reporting Accounting for equity transactions; EPS calculations
Experience Needed For The Manager, SEC Reporting
Degree in accounting and ideally 5+ years’ experience including SEC reporting Experience with equity accounting and EPS calculations CPA preferred but not required Understanding of GAAP, FASB ad XBRL
