Talent Acquisition Associate Manager @ AMG Companies: AmeriCo. Group, Basic Resources, USA Legwear, PVH Legwear, and High Life
This role combines expert-level product development leadership, Technical Design with cutting-edge 3D digital apparel design, quality assurance, and team mentorship. The Manager of Digital Product Creation will build, implement, and scale digital product creation strategies while maintaining the highest standards of fit, construction, and cost efficiency across our activewear business. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Design, Product Development, and Technical Design Empower teams in working across new platforms, streamline workflows, and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration Mentor and upskill teams in digital tools, material development, and garment construction processes Spearhead digital transformation initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from concept to advanced 3D assets and digital showroom presentations Implement and scale 3D software platforms (CLO 3d) Develop global fit block libraries, digital avatars, and garment standardization frameworks to support consistent brand fit and scalable development Develop Best in Class SOP built on foundation of our current process while surveying the market for innovative technology solutions Qualifications: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related field preferred 10+ years in Technical Design, Product Development, or related apparel roles 5+ Years in CLO 3D Strong leadership experience Proven track record of digital product creation leadership using CLO 3D Deep knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, apparel sizing, fit standards, and quality control practices Organization and project presentation Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Experience working with or within major apparel brands Familiarity with Swatchbook, CLO-SET, Vizzo, or other collaborative DAM Annual salary range starting $120,000 The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
