Position Overview
The Analytics Manager - Tableau Specialist will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, visual insights that drive strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and management of Tableau dashboards and reports, providing actionable analysis, and supporting data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development and Management: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure dashboards are visually compelling, user-friendly, and tailored to meet the needs of various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, client services). Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance data, including campaign effectiveness, audience segmentation, and market trends. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective Tableau solutions. Provide training and support to team members on Tableau usage and best practices. Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing routine data quality checks. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau dashboards and reports. Strategy and Optimization: Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and improving campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. Seniority level
