Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist
to help power our go-to-market engine. This detail-oriented, process-driven team member will play a crucial role in maintaining system connectivity, data integrity, and marketing program efficiency. If you enjoy enabling systems to communicate, building workflows, and enhancing decision-making with clean data—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Support ABM and demand generation execution by partnering with marketing and BDR teams to define audience segments, build target lists, and support programs with accurate data. Maintain clean, reliable data by managing lead, contact, and account records from various sources and ensuring proper routing. Build and maintain automation workflows, including HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models, and nurturing sequences. Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach, and 6sense. Support reporting and analytics by creating dashboards and performance reports for marketing and sales teams. Requirements
3–4 years of experience in marketing operations or automation, ideally in B2B SaaS. Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM. Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or willingness to learn them. Strong technical curiosity and fluency in martech platforms. Process-oriented mindset with experience in building workflows and lead scoring models. Ability to build dashboards and analyze data to inform decisions. Highly curious, self-starting, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Based in or near Atlanta, GA (hybrid preferred). Additional Details
