Material Control Documentation Analyst

Schedule: Full time - Monday- Friday
Hours are negotiable based on the following scheduling: 7am-4pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, or 8am-5pm.
Position Summary: This position will work within the production control team as well as inter departmentally to communicate new and existing part coding and update routers.

Position Summary: This position will work within the production control team as well as inter departmentally to communicate new and existing part coding and update routers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze and code new part numbers entering the system to ensure Oracle functions as expected for Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Cost Accounting and update existing parts
- Create basic routers and edit existing routers
- Setup outside processing with correct resource, department, routing, and supplier information
- Work with documentation control on new instruments
- Set up new stocking locations and establish proper transaction defaults
- Strong technical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as work in a team environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain positive, professional character in stressful situations
