Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce business rules, role-based access, user hierarchy, case templates, and classification standards.
Own the end-to-end test strategy and execution across Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance, Security, and Integration levels.
Lead L2/L3 support activities, root cause analysis, patching, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring.
Architect seamless integrations with Azure AD, HRMS, School Cockpit, CTI, AMS, etc.
Ensure readiness for internal and external security audits, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Lead a multi-vendor technical team to deliver continuous improvements across CRM modules and interfaces.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale CRM implementations, testing, and operations.
Expert in Dynamics 365 CE customizations: plugins, workflows, business rules, Power Automate, Power Apps.
Strong grasp of Azure services: Logic Apps, Functions, Application Insights, Key Vaults.
Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, C#), API integrations, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with testing tools and code scanning (e.g., SonarQube, Postman, Selenium, Azure DevOps).
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (Expert)
PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), MB-210, MB-230
Azure Fundamentals / Azure Developer Associate
