We're seeking a tech-savvy project manager who lives and breathes Monday.com - someone who can build, automate, and optimize the platform to keep our teams aligned, accountable, and efficient.
Overview
This is not a traditional project management role. We are specifically looking for someone who can own and operate our Monday.com workspace - building dashboards, creating automations, integrating tools, and maintaining clean, actionable project views for multiple departments. Your success will be measured by how well Monday.com drives clarity, accountability, and momentum across the company.
Responsibilities Own the setup, customization, and daily management of Monday.com workspaces across teams. Build automations and workflows that reduce manual tasks, improve tracking, and increase transparency. Collaborate with department leads to translate business processes into efficient Monday.com boards. Design and maintain dashboards, status views, timelines, and reports that drive decision-making. Continuously refine workflows based on feedback and evolving needs. Train team members on how to use Monday.com effectively and support adoption. Serve as the internal Monday.com "power user" and administrator - keeping everything up-to-date and functioning at peak performance.
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing or administering Monday.com in a professional setting. Monday.com expert with hands-on experience building automations, integrations, dashboards, and complex board structures. Experience integrating Monday.com with third-party tools or APIs. Detail-oriented and highly organized - you love creating structure where there's chaos. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and improve creative workflows and processes. Experience working with external vendors and coordinating video/photoshoot productions is a plus. Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software tools. A clear communicator who can explain complex workflows simply. Comfortable working cross-functionally and prioritizing across multiple teams. Proactive and self-directed - you spot inefficiencies and fix them before being asked. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or startup environments a plus.
