Oversee the integration of data using Pentaho Data Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions with Pentaho BI to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in database security to mitigate risks.
Optimize database performance and scalability to support growing business needs.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders for transparency and accountability.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in database security and business intelligence technologies.
Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Mongo DB for database security and management.
Proficiency in Pentaho Data Integration for effective data handling and processing.
Experience with Pentaho BI for developing comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
Familiarity with Asset and Wealth Management domain is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Aug 29, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $84,000 - $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
