This is a senior-level position ideal for someone with 15+ years of experience in Java full-stack development, system design, and cloud-native application development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
Provide architectural guidance and hands-on solutioning for complex systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of robust technical solutions.
Lead and mentor junior developers when needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues.
Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, standards, and DevOps processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of overall software development experience.
10+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Proficiency in Spring Boot for developing scalable microservices-based applications.
Strong understanding and practical knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
In-depth expertise in full-stack Java development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build cloud-native applications.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, anddevelopment best practices.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
Preferred Domain Experience:
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred
