LOCATION: Seattle, WA
JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract
JOB NUMBER: 4 7424
S hift Times: weekdays- 8am-5pm (Lunch from 12-1) 32-40 hours a week.
DESCRIPTION:
- Outpatient Only
- No Call
- Patient Volume: 4 days a week 14-15 patients a day
5 days a week 11-12 patients per day
- EMR: Cerner
REQUIRED:
- WA state license; active, unrestricted
- Board Certified
- Certifications- BLS, ACLS
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
- Malpractice insurance provided
