Compensation:
$60K base + commission draw ?
Expected Earnings:
$200K-$300K+ annually
We're recruiting a
Solar Sales & Project Estimator
to join a fast-growing solar firm with
established relationships, warm leads , and
real earning potential .
This is not entry-level. We need someone who
understands solar project estimation inside and out
- from quoting to closing.
? What You'll Do:
Take over
pre-qualified, warm commercial leads Manage the
full sales and estimation process Create accurate project proposals and ROI analyses Serve as the
client-facing expert
on project feasibility Close deals that generate
$10K-$20K+ per project in commissions
What You Bring:
Solar project estimation experience is required
(don't apply without it) Ability to
quote solar systems
accurately and quickly Comfort with
project management, proposals, and deal flow Strong communication skills and confidence with clients Self-driven and accountable - you can manage your own pipeline
