Job Summary:

As an Oracle EBS Functional Sr. Business Analyst with 8 years of experience, you will play a vital role in the Enerpac Tool Group. Your mission is to provide expertise in Order Management (OM), Pricing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and WMS. This role involves collaborating with business representatives to prioritize IT demand and execute projects that contribute efficiently to business processes. Key Responsibilities

Provide techno-functional expertise (Functional-80%) in Oracle EBS Order Management module (Order Management, Advanced Pricing, EDI enhancements, and WMS). Possess strong knowledge of Oracle Warehouse's inbound and outbound logistics. Have experience with at least three full lifecycle complex Oracle R12 WMS implementations, with expert-level knowledge in inbound logistics, inventory control, task management, and outbound logistics. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for OM, Pricing, and EDI, developing solutions and recommending alternatives. Support user stories, prioritizing them for efficient project execution. Ensure holistic solution design, considering cross-functional aspects into design specifications. Align solution design with enterprise architecture and standards. Provide hands-on support in Oracle EBS 12.2.5, including logic adjustments and configurations. Assist in testing and validating enhancements pre-production. Configure and integrate EDI transactions appropriately. Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EBS OM issues, recommending system modifications. Work on integrating Oracle EBS OM modules with other systems, designing, testing, and implementing interfaces. Develop and execute testing plans, documenting results and recommendations. Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows and technical specifications. Identify opportunities for system performance improvements and process reengineering. Participate in upgrades, patches, and system changes, ensuring minimal disruption. Preferably have hands-on experience with Oracle PL SQL and Oracle WMS module technical components, with a clear understanding of Oracle SCM and manufacturing cycles. Knowledge of Java Spring Framework is a plus. Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or university degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields. Extensive experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.5, especially OM, Pricing, and WMS modules. Hands-on expertise with EDI processes and transactions. Proven experience with Oracle R12 WMS implementations. Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Additional Details
