Ross ERP Leader
We're seeking a ROSS ERP Leader to join our IT team and drive business process transformation across core systems. This role is key to ensuring we gain maximum value from our ROSS ERP investment, supporting operations in manufacturing, logistics, finance, and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead ROSS ERP strategy, upgrades, support, and process improvement Manage modules: Order Entry, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Inventory Oversee integrations, data management (MS SQL, Oracle), and reporting (SSRS, Crystal) Lead serialization setup and compliance for global supply chain Coordinate with IT, supply chain, QA, and vendors to ensure smooth operations Ideal Background: 10+ years of ROSS ERP experience in manufacturing environments Strong MS SQL/Oracle and reporting tools experience Proven leadership in ERP implementations and process transformation Experience with serialization systems preferred (especially in pharma) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
