Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Business Analyst to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Retail solutions. Youll bridge business needs with system capabilities, ensuring efficient and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and gather requirements for Oracle Retail solutions. Configure and support Oracle Retail modules (RMS, SIM, ReSA, etc.). Lead workshops, document requirements, and conduct testing (UAT/SIT). Provide training and post-implementation support. Recommend enhancements and stay updated on Oracle Retail trends. Qualifications: 3+ years of business analysis experience with client exposure. Previous experience gathering and documenting business requirements, business processes, functional design, or user interface design information. Hybrid: MinneapolisSaint Paul Full-Time Competitive Pay $100k $120k DOE US Citizen or Green Card holder possible H1 sponsorship Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(K) and Paid Time Off Expected salary : $100000 120000 per year
