Program Coordinator
Right At School is dedicated to enriching the lives of students through our innovative before and after school programs! We provide a blend of fun and learning designed to inspire curiosity and promote success among all children.

offer families peace of mind . We are on the lookout for committed individuals who share our passion for fostering a love of discovery and creating safe, engaging environments for children. The upcoming Program Coordinator position will commence with the 2025-2026 academic year, with qualified candidates starting in August 2025. Compensation:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience) Program Hours:
6:45 AM - 8:35 AM and 2:50 PM - 6:00 PM Your Role: Safety & Joy:
Serve as a role model, maintaining high standards of safety and joy, and ensuring all staff members are trained and informed about expectations. Your leadership will drive the operational efficiency of the program, ensuring all documents and licensing standards are current. Effective Communication:
Build meaningful relationships with families, peers, and children. You will respond promptly to inquiries to foster transparency and trust. Program Implementation:
Create and execute engaging daily activities while maintaining a secure and enjoyable atmosphere. Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate student attendance records and ensure all protocols are followed diligently. Ideal Candidates Will Have: Experience managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service. A high school diploma or GED. Experience working with children, including those with special needs. Knowledge in child development and effective communication with diverse groups. Proficiency or willingness to learn Google Suite. State Requirements: Compliance with New Jersey state regulations. Certification in First Aid and CPR. Completion of a cleared tuberculosis test.
