Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management Office (PMO) and assist project managers in processes, administration, reporting, and project execution. They will also manage smaller projects as assigned.
Assist the Project Manager and PMO Leadership with organizing and attributing project documents.
Help schedule deadlines and maintain project deliverables across multiple projects.
Assist with subcontractor/vendor processes.
Attend project meetings as needed.
Coordinate and track internal initiatives for the PMO.
Monitor project deliverables through the approval process.
Coordinate small to medium projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards.
Coordinate application teams and ensure timely task execution.
Organize PMO/Project meetings, including logistics and distribution.
Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Support PMO processes such as time entry training, reporting, process re-engineering, portfolio management, auditing, and baseline management.
Skills required include project coordination, management, scheduling, reporting, and proficiency in tools like Sitecore, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Server. PMP certification is preferred.
Qualifications include an Associate Degree or higher in Project Management or related field, at least 2 years managing projects, and strong organizational and collaborative skills. Certification from PMI is a plus.
This is a fully remote position with a pay range of $18.00 - $25.00/hr. The application deadline is August 2, 2025. Benefits may include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, and PTO.
