BA/BS in youth-related fields or related management experience, with at least two years of supervisory and payroll management experience. Minimum of five years in sports, camp, or similar youth programs, with supervisory experience; youth development experience preferred. Experience serving on leadership teams of large membership organizations preferred. Proven ability to improve program quality and growth through planning and organization. Motivated, goal-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, adapt, and analyze data for decision-making. Proficient in basic PC applications and adaptable to new technology. Essential Functions
Oversee summer and holiday camp operations, staff recruitment, and safety. Lead Family Programming initiatives, managing activities, events, and increasing participation. Supervise youth and adult sports seasons, camps, and clinics, focusing on program quality and membership support. Manage recreational activities for youth non-sports programs, ensuring safety and curriculum delivery. Respond to member concerns, develop survey strategies, and analyze enrollment and revenue data to meet goals. Additional Details
