Polymath Robotics builds point-to-point autonomous navigation software for off-highway vehicles—tractors, bulldozers, and military platforms alike. We’re not chasing sci-fi; we’re building practical autonomy that works today. Our product is mature, our customers are growing, and now we’re scaling how we integrate into customer vehicles and operations.
The Role
As our first Programs & Integration Lead, you’ll lead the critical last mile between our autonomy software and our customers’ deployed robots. You’ll ensure successful technical integration, drive customer satisfaction, and help us build repeatable systems to scale this function. Think: program management meets technical implementation meets customer success, all with a startup operator’s mindset.
What You’ll Do

• Own 15–30 active customer programs, from kickoff to full autonomy deployment; and figure out how to scale beyond
• Drive technical implementations in collaboration with our engineering team and customers’ hardware/software teams
• Set up testing and validation protocols to ensure customer deployments succeed under real-world conditions
• Lead customer touchpoints like QBRs with executive presence, translating both technical and business value
• Build scalable processes for integration, testing, reporting, and issue resolution
• Coordinate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, and product
• Develop and grow a team as we scale this function in the coming year
  

• You’ve led complex technical projects or programs, ideally in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or other systems-heavy domains
• You’ve succeeded in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
• You’ve got executive presence, but don’t mind getting greasy debugging hardware in the field
• You’ve built or improved systems, not just followed them
• You’re obsessive about ownership. When things go wrong, you figure it out
• You’re collaborative, self-aware, and know how to build buy-in with both engineers and customer execs
  

• Background in robotics, autonomy, or mechatronics
• Experience interfacing with defense, ag, mining, or construction tech customers
• Experience as a founder or early-stage operator
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, or Slack for managing chaos gracefully
  

• A mature autonomy product in a field full of vaporware
• Customers already live, with new ones ramping fast
• A small, senior team that values execution over hype
• Competitive compensation + equity in a high-ownership culture
