with a strong presence in Southern California, known for delivering complex, large-scale projects with precision and integrity. Specializing in
public works, multifamily, and mixed-use developments , they consistently handle projects valued at
$50M and above , often incorporating advanced structural systems such as steel and concrete. With a strong emphasis on

Description Oversee day-to-day field operations on major multifamily and mixed-use construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage subcontractors, enforce safety compliance, and coordinate with project management teams. Lead on-site meetings, maintain detailed reports, and proactively resolve field-related issues. Profile 7+ years of experience
as a Multifamily Mixed Use Construction Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily building and construction projects in Los Angeles. Proven track record with
structural steel projects ($50M+)
for a general contractor. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Job Offer Multifamily Mixed Use Construction Superintendent Salary:
$140,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits:
