We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to step in midstream on a critical property management software implementation project!

3-6 months Compensation:
$40.00-$60.00 per hour What you will do as the Project Manager:
Lead and manage the ongoing Yardi software implementation project Partner closely with an outside consultant and internal teams (IT, compliance, property management) to ensure all tasks are completed on time Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using Agile or Waterfall methodology Track and report on progress, risks, and issues; escalate as needed Maintain strong communication channels across all stakeholders Ensure the project stays aligned with compliance and operational requirements What you will bring to the role as the Project Manager:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software implementation Familiarity with Yardi or other property management systems strongly preferred Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience a plus Take the first step on your new career path!
