Punch Press Operator
We're looking for a mechanically-minded, hands-on Punch Press Operator to join our production crew. If you're someone who loves working with machines, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentthis could be your next gig. You'll be working with a solid team in a modern facility, helping us build quality metal parts that power cool projects. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye, good vibes, and a commitment to doing things right. What You'll Be Doing: Set up and run a variety of machines, including punch presses, press brakes, and other shop equipment Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to make sure everything is dialed in Follow work orders, drawings, and blueprints to get the job done right Make small adjustments on the fly to keep parts up to spec Remove burrs and clean up parts using hand or power tools Keep your space tidy and follow all safety protocols Collaborate with your team and pitch in wherever needed Contribute to a culture that values safety, quality, and constant improvement What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a fast-paced metalworking or manufacturing environment Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools Able to lift 3550 lbs and stand for extended periods (yep, we stay active around here) High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of hands-on experience is ideal Bonus points for experience with enterprise software, Microsoft Office, or both Extra bonus points for press brake and punch press experience Why You'll Love It Here: Chill, team-first environment with a startup vibe Opportunities to grow your skills and learn new machines We take safety and quality seriouslybut we keep things friendly and flexible You'll have real impact on the products we create COM067 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
