Solution Design : Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, considering scalability, flexibility, and alignment with business objectives. Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements. Translate business processes into efficient and effective RPA solutions. Tool Selection : Evaluate and recommend RPA tools based on project requirements, considering factors such as scalability, security, and integration capabilities Governance and Compliance : Establish and enforce RPA governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards System Integration : Oversee the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership to RPA development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural best practices. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations, including security, data privacy, and system dependencies. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : Significant experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on complex and large-scale automation projects. SME in
Automation360, IQ BOT, Discovery BOT, AARI (AA Robotic Interface) . Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation for RPA architectures, design decisions, and best practices. Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
