Recruiting Coordinator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a professional and motivated
Recruiting Coordinator
to staff our branch serving Charlotte and the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with superior customer service and excellent communication skills, who is computer literate, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and who thrives working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedules and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate can work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00 pm as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities • Recruiting job candidates. • Screening and interviewing applicants. • Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement • Processing payroll. • Listening to and counseling employees and applying constructive criticism.

Qualifications and Requirements • Great customer service skills • Awesome communication skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required • Computer savvy and an experienced user of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License with proof of insurance • Previous staffing experience is a plus, but not required. • Previous inside sales and/or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
