As a Risk Tech Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting critical technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, complex problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
What's the Job?
Provide support leveraging procedural documentation to mitigate risk deliverables. Conduct effective risk assessments, analysis, and mitigation techniques within a financial technology environment. Coordinate and execute RISE and Trident deliverables to ensure compliance and risk management. Perform hygiene checks, tollgate tracking, and validation of risk metrics. Facilitate communication with support teams to resolve risk-related issues efficiently.
What's Needed?
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risk. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Jenkins. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset. Ability to manage tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
