Base pay range
$40.00/yr - $45.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Optomi Junior SAP Master Data Analyst - S/4 HANA 100% Remote, based out of Tempe, AZ W2 Only - no C2C Contract - 6 months with possible extension or convert to fulltime Optomi, in partnership with a pharmaceutical logistics company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SAP Master Data Analyst to support and maintain accurate master data within their SAP systems. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance, SAP data structures, and advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and optimize data processes across various business functions. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and validate master data in SAP, including but not limited to material, customer, vendor, and BOM/routing records. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and governance policies. Perform data quality checks and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query, macros) to manipulate large datasets and generate reports. Support SAP projects, migrations, and data cleansing activities. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve master data processes and automation opportunities. Document data standards, processes, and workflows for master data maintenance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience working with SAP Master Data in a business or IT setting. Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, FI, or PP). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with data analysis, lookups, complex formulas, and data transformation.
