Base pay range $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Okemos, MI - hybrid onsite 2 days per week Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Summary We are seeking a highly-skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our business and support other architectural areas as needed. The Salesforce Architect will analyze company processes, develop CRM workflows, and create custom solutions for specific business needs. The responsibilities include creating design blueprints and technical specifications, providing design recommendations and risk assessments, and maintaining user roles and security. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, be knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem, and be capable of building systems that integrate effectively with other data sources. Primary Job Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance. Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs. Create blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Maintain user roles and security in Salesforce. Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Assist in training and guiding business users. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect. Extensive experience in developing technology solutions. Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations. Experience with Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Ability to solve high-level software and application issues. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. Certified Salesforce Architect or Developer is a plus.
