We are hiring a
School Therapy Recruiter
to help us find and place top-tier therapists, special educators, and support staff in K-12 schools. If you are organized, relationship-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting - we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Source, screen, and place allied health professionals in schools Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Build candidate pipelines through outreach, job boards, and referrals Match candidates to openings based on skills, location, and goals Communicate contract terms and compensation Collaborate with the Client Services team to understand hiring needs Maintain accurate records in our ATS Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process as needed. Occasionally support professionals during active placements Build strong, trust-based relationships with both candidates and hiring contacts.
What You Bring
1-2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare or education preferred) Excellent communication and time-management skills Strong digital sourcing skills; CRM/ATS experience Comfortable working independently Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
Pay & Perks
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 Bonus potential: $60,000-$70,000 total earnings Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match after 12 months 10 PTO days + 6 paid holidays Flexible M-F schedule | In-office preferred or Hybrid (In-person/Remote) for exceptional recruiters Career growth in a growing company
Salary: $45000 - $50000 per year
