The Social Media Coordinator will support the marketing team in delivering social media content and events. The candidate will be comfortable with receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction. Key responsibilities include: scheduling and posting marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube; assisting in planning, hosting, and supporting live social media events; creating social media metrics reports using data from multiple sources; developing documentation of social media solutions and strategies; and supporting team training efforts. Skills: Sprinklr, StreamYard, Social Media analysis, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Top Skills Details: Sprinklr, StreamYard, Social Media analysis, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Additional Skills & Qualifications Requirements: 3 years of related work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and experience of marketing across these channels Experience with StreamYard, Sprinklr, or other social media management tools Experience with social media data sources and analysis Live social media event experience preferred Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience Level: Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
