Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager- TS/SCI for a world leading technology organization in the Raleigh Durham, North Carolina area. The Project Manager - TS/SCI will work a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The Project Manager - TS/SCI must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities for the Project Manager - TS/SCI include: • Manage multiple projects at a time • Influence and hold other teams accountable to project scope and initiatives • Lead project and program teams through Agile ceremonies such as Commits, Demos, Retrospectives • Proactively communicate to senior leadership on project progress and risks
Qualifications for the Project Manager - TS/SCI include: • ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance • Ability to work a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote • 3+ years of professional project management experience • Experience managing IT infrastructure projects • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall • Ability to influence others and build /maintain relationships within the org to guide effective teams • Strong understanding of project management principles
Compensation for the Project Manager - TS/SCI: • Annual Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 plus a comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays • This job opens for applications on July 11, 2025.
