We seek a forward-thinking Senior Oncology Business Intelligence Analyst to join the USON Pharmacy & Clinical Programs team. This remote role is key in advancing our data strategy through analytics solutions that integrate clinical and operational data to improve oncology practices.
The ideal candidate has strong healthcare analytics and data visualization experience, with an interest in AI tools and automation to enhance insights, streamline workflows, and improve user experience. This role offers growth in AI capabilities and innovative analytics development.
This position suits a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment with limited technical peers. Success requires initiative, adaptability, and knowledge sharing to support team and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and improve analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft technologies, aligning with stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions.
Maintain data pipelines with Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and Excel; ensure data quality through validation routines.
Develop SQL-based semantic models for scalable analytics solutions.
Identify automation and AI opportunities to enhance workflows.
Support analytics solutions like The Network MID Reporting Suite, adapting to business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelors in Business Intelligence, MIS, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
Critical Skills
7+ years healthcare analytics or business intelligence experience, leading enterprise reporting solutions.
Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and Azure Databricks.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and modeling.
Strong understanding of oncology data and systems.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited technical peers.
Preferred Skills
Python for data transformation and automation.
Jira and Confluence for documentation and agile tracking.
Knowledge of McKessons data standards.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the USA; sponsorship not available.
